About

I understand aviation. I have spent the majority of my life within this field as a United States Naval Aviator and a Captain for a major U.S. air carrier. Extensive first-hand experience combined with my law degree provides specific services tailored to the needs of the aviation community. What I offer you:

KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE in the areas of aviation, mediation, and wills. Although my practice is tailored to the needs of the aviation community, I have many clients outside this sector.

PROMPT PERSONAL ATTENTION in all matters of concern to you. My firm is small and by design that allows me to give you friendly and caring service.

DEPENDABLE and TRUSTWORTHY legal advice and representation. You can count on confidentiality and rely on my firm to represent you with integrity.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL is something that I have practiced just about my entire life; it goes without saying that you should benefit from this custom.

MY PROMISE TO YOU: I promise to produce results in a timely and compassionate manner. I am committed to serving my clients and my community with effective legal services of the highest quality at reasonable costs.

I graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts, Central Michigan University with a Master of Science in Administration, and Atlanta Law School with a Juris Doctor. I served in the United States Navy as a pilot, leaving with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. I am licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and am admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts and certain Federal Courts including the United States Tax Court and Supreme Court of the United States.

I am also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Association of Conflict Resolution, Georgia Mediators, Cobb County Bar Association, Fiduciary and Aviation Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia, Lawyer Pilots Bar Association, National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association, and Air Line Pilots Association.
